Dear All,
I’m writing on behalf of Orangeville Transport Company to provide full clarity on a recent situation involving a load we were assigned, and to ensure transparency regarding all parties involved.
We were booked for a shipment from Woodstock, ON to St. Pie, QC by National Freight Forwarding Inc. (5945 Airport Rd) for a linehaul rate of $950.00 CAD.
Our driver picked up the load as instructed. However, approximately two hours after pickup, we received a call from Earl Paddock Transport / Paddock Transport International, informing us that the freight loaded onto our trailer actually belonged to their customer. This was the first indication that something was amiss.
After thorough discussions with all parties, we discovered that National Freight Forwarding had double-brokered the load. Specifically, they had secured the load from Paddock under the impression that their own unit would be handling it. Instead, they subcontracted it to us without informing the original broker (Paddock).
Once this was brought to light, Louie from Paddock—who was extremely professional and helpful—chose to work with us directly. He issued us a load tender and confirmed that Paddock was unaware of the load being re-brokered to a third party. As a result, Paddock has since blocked National Freight Forwarding from handling their freight moving forward.
For full transparency:
- At no point did Orangeville Transport solicit freight from Paddock or bypass any party.
- We were contracted in good faith by National Freight Forwarding.
- Double brokering is a serious industry concern and should never occur without full consent and knowledge of the original broker—in this case, Paddock was unaware.
If anyone requires verification or wishes to confirm any part of this situation, we encourage you to reach out directly to Paddock Transport International. They are a reputable and well-established company and can provide confirmation of the facts above.
We value ethical practices and open communication in this industry. We are sharing this to maintain transparency and protect the integrity of all parties involved—especially our company, which had no role in any wrongdoing.

Newsflash: we've got more trucks than you. What's with the hiding, Mr. Amandeep Minhas? That's your real name, right? Your shady tactics aren't exactly a recipe for success. And by the way, we've got screenshots of your sneaky moves Mr Amndeep Minhas . Get more customer like this .
iF YOU HAVE DONE RIGHT THING YOU MUST CALL AND TALK instead OF THAT YOU SAID YOU DONT AND THAT YOUR TRICK TO JUST GET THE LOAD .Aman is the owner of Orangeville Transport, and I’m Inder (Dispatch Manager). We have nothing to hide. We are a legitimate carrier operating with full transparency and compliance.
We are not competing with you, nor are we interested in any race. We are here to build a reputation through integrity, ethical work, and professionalism — something your operation and Business clearly lacks.
Let’s be very clear:
You knowingly misrepresented yourself as a legitimate broker, then double-brokered a load without their knowledge of orignal broker — a direct violation of industry ethics and legal standards. This is not just unethical, it’s illegal.
Your history and shady practices have already been exposed by others. The pattern speaks for itself.
As I said in my email — and I stand by it fully:
Clean up your act. Stop pretending to be a broker. And start acting like a professional — if you intend to stay in this industry.
