1 in 5 (almost) trucking comapny owners in MB are of Indian origin - this borad does not reflect the current demographic - how does it expect to then manage all the farud / not so best practices in the industry?
 
Maybe those 1 in 5 (almost) Indian origin should sign up? Says elected, so one would image there is a process vs. a government Photo Op. where they roll out the demographic they feel would poll well for the message.

I was actually looking at the members - there are a few said companies ...
Not sure how the process works - but MTA should actively work to reflect dempgrapichs - there are usually memebrs at large postitions - purely advisory
 
If anything, that community should be actively working to integrate into the MTA, not the other way around... no?
