Update 9/11/24 - We got our carrier paid from YWCs Factoring company after alot of back and forth with the carrier directly we called their factoring team and dealt with them.
YWC & Candor are affiliated not exactly clear how but have the same staff working for both companies.
From the events that happened with our double brokered load back in May, it does sound like they are making effort to improve their business practices and straighten things back out.
what we were advised was there was some mess with a division in MTL that seems to have caused this double / triple brokering scenario which I've been told is not apart of their operations anymore. Someone from this platform did reach out to me from YWC and is clearly trying to make an effort to improve their operations.
