So Tigerman does getting paid in 60+ days seem right to you? Does agreeing to a price and then after the fact offer quick pay to get paid in 30 days seem right to you? Quick pay is to be paid in 5 to 7 days how is it now 30 days? I did notice it was a full moon last night but this is just stupid.
 
As a freight broker, I find it unconscionable for any broker to agree to pay within 30 day terms, and then upon receipt of the invoice, try to coerce the carrier into giving up 3% to avoid having to wait until 60 days to get paid. Like holding a gun to someone's head!

It seems to me, that the most recurring issues in this wonderful business of ours, are the lack of ethics and moral principles of fair play and complying with what's been agreed to. There will always be contentious issues when one tries to make a gain as a result of someone Else's loss. This is not just bad business, but also an indicia of bad character!
 
If Tiger can share his knowledge with the rest of us on how to make a buck on his program it would be nice

If 30 day terms were agreed to, then A&M should honor the agreement or accept the fact that they belong on a DNU list.....a fitting place for them
 
we did something for A&M 3months ago, and all bills were getting paid thru a factoring company, they were taking a percentage wheather we agreed to it our not, then Micheal called and asked us if we would take 50% on the dollar, we agreed but still not paid, so tiger tell me how that works.

That is excactly what they did to us.
 
the person who said that we pay quick pay in 30 days if full of shit.
go take a hike dude.
all our quick pay is done in 48 hours.
ask kittu,speedex,friends,VPA,anp.wta and many more.
call them and they will shut you up.
we offer quick pay or regular pay ,that should tell you we a broker pay our bills not like most of the "trucking companies" out there that dont pay there fellow trucking companies
 
There are two common threads here. #1. A number of companies with the same experience, (where there's smoke there's fire). 2. Ya'll figure it out.

Well just recieved our cheque minus the 2% (we yelled at them and they gave us 2 but wanted more). The cheque came from RSB financial. So tigerman you and the rest of your bunch are full of it disputing what has been posted about you. It is all true and I have the paperwork to back it up.
 
Now it is making sense RSB - those creeps tried the 50 cents on the dollar with another customer of ours - it's funny how we now owe them 3 times as much as they owe us (other carriers) so I'm thinking we will get paid. We tell customers straight up that we will not deal with RSB Financial because they are a very unethical company (some would say criminals). Any company that deals with them are not long for this world, sorry Tiger I know the truth hurts.
 
my information is from RBA finanacial too, in vaughan, have they switched brokering companies, or using more than one, maybe you could answer that one tiger.
 
This is looking like a "Dansway" thread here...too many members all posting negative comments...the delinquents always get weeded out eventually....
 
"If" this is the same A&M I can't believe they are still around. They have been slow payers for years and years but people keep working for them. WHY?
