Sounds like there might be more to this than described?... Floor loaded? As a third party if you don't know your customer is loading this way, then $150 sounds like a pretty cheap lesson on the activities of the client you represent to sell said floor loaded freight at 5:30pm on a Friday with LTL, no? Maybe there is more details on each side of this...but I would charge you more money too...either that or $150 for TONU; At least the freight moved!

We use Canex 2 or 3 times a month... no issues that I can see other than the odd late delivery but it was on LTL shipments (going back 4 years).

We use them at least once a week, mostly LTL eastern US. Always done a pretty good job for us, relationship dating back to 2012.

Hi all, Same here. We've used them several times and no issues. Very good communication and delivery when they said they will deliver.

Canex is one of those carrier that you either have a great relationship with them because you fill their trucks regularly or you are a 1 and done to cover his empty truck and they will swing their weight around and are complete ass hats when something goes south. I would compare this to the same size ltl carrier from any province.
My experience with canex is dnu , as much of an asshole that i may come off as im very easy going and these guys just stand out as rotten to the core.
