Good to know - we have a US citizen potentially ... interesting100% you can nothing fishy, you are registered to move freight with your DOT/MC# only thing stopping you from USA domestic is I.N.S. not D.O.T. If you didn't have DOT registration then you would have issues no matter what the drivers citizenship is.
sorry but Canadian carrier doing usa-usa loads is straight up illegal unless they have insurance for doing them
