Has anyone had any experience with this company? They are located at 182-2 County Court Boulevard in Brampton, ON. They have been calling on some of our freight postings on Link lately but they have no profile and Link customer service could not find them when we called in verify. They say they have been in business for 25 years but I haven't heard of them before now.

Most of times they double broker loads
And will not update on load status till last minute

We did not had a good experience
Our strict dry van load was picked in a reefer
 
Dropped by 180 Wilkinson Rd Unit 31 in Brampton looking for East West Refrigerated a few weeks ago and found Montreal Express instead
 
thank you all for an update, PODs do look like from a different carriers. Anyone can confirm if they are 100% affiliated with East West Refrigerated?
 
They backed out of a load from us last minute yesterday definitely on the DNU.
 
They called us a few times and sent their company info. Insurance paperwork was written by hand, coudln't find them on loadlink and finally they've stopped calling. I would put them on the DNU, seem like a shady company....
 
double broker, collects quick pays and holds on payments. every single invoice i have was double brokered!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE
 
We're having issues collecting from this company. Has anyone had any other experience with them?
 
We just got paid on a 100+ day invoice, called the shipper and consignee. Eventually XPO called us to tell us not to call their customer (yea ok).......I guess it was a double brokered load.... we got paid from Montreal Express a week after calling XPO's customer.

We just got a call from Montreal Express out of the blue, wanting us to do a shipment- first off tried to send us an email and it never came, then said they received confirmation that we read it..which we didn't ...now is trying to fax us the load confirmation.. I think we will definitely pass on doing anything for them. thanks for the reviews :)

We had a 100 day old invoice, we eventually got paid. Sam from Montreal Express admitted they double brokered the load, he seemed genuine and they paid.

Thanks Gord, we never did receive the load confirmation from them- thank goodness. We will likely not do business with them
 
These people just called on one of our loads to Calgary. We need a tailgate on the 53 and they gave us a great price. I asked for carrier package and immediately they asked if we do quick pay. Sounds like the same m-o........thanks to everyone I will NOT be tendering this load to them. Now Amanda keeps calling me to see if I sent the order.
