Not good!!! Booked yesterday for pick-up 4pm today, heated load from Mississauga to Edmonton. Clearly stated heat on Loadlink posting, in email exchange, phone conversation and load confirmation. As per Prince, reefer empty yesterday, so no problem at all for afternoon pick-up today.
So all seemed under control until a little past noon today, when the reply to my check-up email was:
'What kind of load is it?
Do we need heat my heater trailer is getting empty at customer. Van trailer is ready to go right now.'
So I scrambled to find a replacement carrier, lost my shirt in doing so, but truck at shipper now.
Either flagrant dishonesty, or flagrant lack of attention to detail, but in either case, not to be trusted...

We hauled for them in 2020 one load only - were easy to deal with .. and paid in 60 days ..

Is this carrier still up to snuff with customer service? I see they are average for their safety score, and I want to see if anyone has worked with them recently with a positive or negative experience.

like 20 trucks 30 trailers dry vans what really concerns me is that this information is readily available in their email signature and your asking the questions

What does their email signature have to do with anything? How does that prove anything?
I think I'll add that I play for the Toronto Raptors and that I'm leading the NBA in points. Must be true.
