Based in Atlanta, our load is a Canadian domestic move, quick check on Safer and SURPRISE (not)
also 2 trucks no inspections, this is on a hot lane so they are not idiots, just picking the low hanging fruit

They called on a US move earlier in the week.
I did not approve them, no inspections, office address is a dental office and a google search of the phone number does not return any results

RMIS has them blocked from 3/15/24 for possible fraud

Well you're all better than me. We gave them a load, it was delivered without issue. We gave them a second load.....load was Double Brokered, paying the actual carrier more than what were paying. Was able to catch everything in time and get the carriers paid. Our only safe haven was we refuse to do quick pay with new companies.
Is anyone else experiencing an increase in US scammers calling on Canada/Xborder loads?

Same here, guy who contacted me was Bob. Asked for quick pay options after load was picked-up then went silent on updates and never replied to my emails or provided an update on delivery.
Did deliver the load , but now I'm trying to figure out if they had brokered it to someone else...

I would not pay him, this screams double broker and they have zero intention of paying the proper carrier.
Find the real carrier, hopefully shipper/reciever either writes the truck down or has cameras.

They just contacted us for a Cali to Quebec load. Offered to all 8 of my loads $2000 below market rates. All they are trying to do is double broker the loads, get quickpay, disappear and screw over the carrier they hire to do the work. Beware!!!

Update : They did double broker our load , found carrier that did load . Of course he was offered a much higher rate that what I paid...but it gets better...
