The bottom line which I always believe.. Never pick up a load from Crossdock or a third party and deliver the same load to cross-dock or a third party unless you know the customer what they doing. these crooks might give you a new BOL which looks like same as the shipper but then one must be very careful how to deal such situations.
I know once the carrier, the dispatcher wanted to go home on Friday evening and booked a load somewhere in OH over the phone. asked for the address verbally so he can dispatch the driver and enjoy his Friday. got the address and dispatched the driver. The load got picked up from a weird location which he later found out. So no ppwk was given to the driver, shipper or loader said asked broker. the driver was in hurry moved from the location and headed towards the border. The later broker sent BOL ONLY and asked the carrier to send it to Livingston and said they have the invoice. Carrier sent and obviously load didnt clear because CB needed an invoice. no trace of the customer after that. at last, carrier made another mistake, bringing load inbond and dropped at the Mississauga bond shed. 2 months passed by .. no trace of the customer nothing. I advised them to report to CBSA right away, CBSA came in like 10 mins and checked and found out they imported and a load of LOOSE TOBACCO into Canada. and Guess what Customer was a newly opened Carrier who did a series of frauds in past. So just saying ITS NOT EASY OUT THERE. KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN.

GillX gave us 17 loads from their Orangeville location to Calgary via rail. Now not sure from where AST jumped in. just wanted to know more about them.

AST, GillX, Vtrans, Logistics 99, Ellysium, Khokhar, 5911 Trans to name a few are all in this scam together. It is believed that the owner is the same for all companies. They work Loadlink in order to source loads mainly to and from the west then pick up loads, crossdock and load on other outside carriers. Not sure if you will get paid or not, they have also been known to hold loads ransom. @SCAM CHASER is working on a case against the group, and I am sure he would be able to shed more light on this.

A & A Transportation, 1008 Sherman Crescent, Pickering , ON ( not the part of Kuldeep Otal group ) also has similar modus operandi.
Pickering address is their mailing address but they are operating from Mississauga, I really don't understand how their SAFER WEB shows 12 trucks whereas the truth is that they have only 2-3 trucks .

we are looking at booking a load with 5911 Trans LTD to western canada. They called from posting, but we can not find them on LINK. All their docs they submitted look good.. Can anyone advise on past dealing with them

You are right if anyone needs payment from these companies including from Kuldeep Otal please contact his wife Indu Chuhan (DM FOR INFO) she will deny but if you call the cops or show up at her address (DM) she will pay, She paid us $6000 that they owed us worth a try Good Luck!!!

Man oh man! What is it with today? The lack of sunshine or something? There seems to be quite a bit of bitterness and anger flowing today for some reason. Listen, if you feel you have been wronged by a carrier or a broker, just describe the details, briefly and in detail, then move on. If someone posts something about you or your company that you believe to be wrong or incorrect, post a rebuttal and then move on. Follow up on private messages or through your lawyer if necessary. Torturing the rest of us with “he said, she said‘s” is cruel and not helpful.

Definitely seems like someone left the dungeon unlocked and the trolls are running amok.

GillX and AST work together.

We booked a load with AST in September of 2022. Terrible updates throughout, driver delivered 3 days late (constant excuses). Luckily the actual driver called our receiver to get details on the delivery. We were in communication with the receiver and asked them to take the number down. We called the driver back and he advised he had no idea who AST was and drove for a different company. We told AST we were not paying and paid the carrier who actually did the work. DOUBLE BROKER

Then we booked a load with GillX in November of 2022. GillX was 3 days late for delivery and demanded before they deliver the freight we pay them up front. GillX then provided us with an email address to etransfer the money too which was for AST Logistics!! We had no choice so we agreed to E Transfer the money....over $5000 and they still didn't deliver the freight the day they promised. Luckily the same dispatcher was on the account and they remembered the BS that AST pulled the month prior and found out the correlation between the 2 companies.

Both carriers are no on DNU....I would avoid

AST & Logistics Inc. had their FMCSA revoked today. It was pulled in March of 2022 and then they must've fulfilled requirements to get it back in Oct2022. Now revoked again.

It has however been brought to our attention recently that AST is involved in suspicious activities using the good name built by the previous owner (BERNADETA KLONOWSKA).

They are also marring the good reputation of ARTHUR TRANSPORT CO INC. by using the old address and contact numbers.(which is currently in use by Arthur Transport Co Inc.)



2: ARTHUR TRANSPORT CO. INC (MC#: 375651) (Trucks :36)

Arthur Transport Co Inc. was bought over by Chamkaur Singh Sidhu with 15 trucks, The business has since added 21 more trucks to bring the number of trucks to 36.

Please note that GillX transportation is also part of this group of thieves, I have had them removed from the link, and I believe their insurance has been cancelled, however these cockroaches will re-surface somewhere else I’m sure
