Gave these guys a load Vic says trucks every day in PA and ON. Paperwork checked out they have wcb and insurance and such. first load we gave them delivered crossdocked, and pushed into less space so they could load other freight. Vik is a fast talker with few details be careful seems like there is a very fishy smell to this guy.

thanks wesward we will not be using them again, broke the seal crossed our load and caused damage. Also wanted us to do work for them very shady.

even more from Vtrans picked up in Windsor, ON on april 9th. was to deliver at 3 pm in saskatoon on april 15th. No show said truck got stuck in ditch in Elfros, SK. Even sent a picture of a truck stuck in a heavly treed area which is odd as Elfros is bald prairie. In further discussions it's just all lies truck got towed to Toronto now no answer as to where trailer is. Viktor is one of those dispatches that will just keep piling on the lies and stories there are a few out there. I would not work with this carrier again they are now on our DNU list. All lies.

RUN if you are looking to use this guy, sorry if you have a load with him.

Also to note A & P Transport at this location as well, they seem to be tied to our Oshawa friend we all love.

We had shipment with him when I was off month or so ago. He gave some story of only two trucks and he parked our load in Winnipeg waiting for 2nd truck to finish trip, load week late we cut off in route into one of our terminals and ran with someone else rest of way...........seems we got lucky

Has anyone notified their factor, Factor Direct Corp of the potential fraudulent practices?
Should they investigate, find reason for concern and pull funding perhaps it would be harder to conduct business.

so , I went through the same as all of you on 2 loads.. broke seals, damaged freight - lie after lie. I was full on in war with them and Factor Direct was fully aware... even got same truck pic of off the side of road in ditch.. we settled at a rail rate ( 13 days late ) less damages on both loads.. they break seals on all of their loads and add freight ! and factor direct didn't care - they only wanted their money as they paid out in adv. to the carrier.

I have no idea why anyone would think scammers/bad carriers change their spots. See NJ Trans thread from earlier this morning. Better chance at the casino. Tonnes of good carriers running same lanes. Sorry my rant of the day but come on people.

Shakey, I am not assuming that they have changed there spots. I simply inquired to see if anyone had any more current issues with them. I see that someone in our office had given them a couple loads and have experienced delays like the above complaints, late, bad communication etc. I came to the site to do a little research into them so I know how to take action. My big concern is double brokerage, and was looking for others experiences.

@Tip15 understand and sorry if I insulted/assumed you were going to use them. Wish more were diligent on their carriers selection so we can flush these leaches quicker hence my rant not directed to yourself.

Never insulted @Shakey, I am with you. I am thankful for all of the contributors here as it is very helpful for us a tool to just what you are trying to do. It is unfortunate the state of our industry right now, I spend more time vetting carriers and dealing with the crocked ones than I do growing our business...
