how to become sponsor

I'm interested in advertising with a top of page banner, and possibly a sponsorship. the contact link has been disabled (can't email anyone in administration) and the "advertise" link provides information but the PayPal buttons don't exist and there is no alternative information with regards to payment method, etc.

Can someone please advise?
