Hired them for team service out of GA to AB. Monday pick up, now Thursday 315 and driver (singular) is only west of Regina. "Team" out of US ran out of hours and told they switched in WPG. Driver left last night. I call total bull***t on team. Lets see if they actually make here in the morning
And they got worse! Still in Swift Current Friday am. Found out they brokered to another carrier due to a coolant leak. They didn't count on us having a driver there to validate different company pulling load. Driver broke down again around Brooks. I suspect part of the cooling problem was the fact he DIDN'T HAVE A CAP ON HIS COOLANT RESEVOIR! Had to send one of our tractors from YYC to rescue and deliver. Nothing but lies came out of his mouth. DISPATCHER VIK! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
ran 4 loads with them from Bradford to Airdrie in December - 1 load delivered on time, 1 was 2 days late and driver never turned on the reefer froze the load..... claim 23K and 2 Delivered 1 day late. would not release driver phone #'s. definitely on inactive list at this point. Lots of wrong updates and bad communication.
just to end my comments on this carrier. Have requested a copy of ACE manifest to prove team service and process invoice for payment. What a surprise! Four requests and no response. Not answering email or phone. Guess that answers my questions.
