I would just do a good credit check on them. Looking at their website, 3 loads are expensive. They seem small.

Did a load for X5 now cant find him to get payment, can anyone help me ?
Your information is invalid and wrong, we dont do quick pay and we never agreed to quick pay. Our payments are sent out with 22 days. We have over 1000 carriers that work for us. The only time payments will be held is missing paperwork. Also we still haven't received your pod,s or signed carrier confirmation. Payments are made 30 from when all paperwork is received. Your loads are a lie

For you guys that can't get paid here's where your money is going!!!!

Ruthless Racing and Trev Deeley Motorcycles are very pleased to announce a new partnership for the 2016 racing season with X5 Transport Inc. X5 is a Calgary-based trucking company that ships worldwide with the motto "One call does it all."

Rob Welling, president of X5, started this family business several years ago and has grown the company into a specialty shipping powerhouse, a Canadian one that ships worldwide. Whether you need to move a million-plus-pound piece of equipment or you’re just in need of getting your bike to the next track, X5 and their staff are the ones to get it done right.

If your having trouble getting in touch with us email is rob.x5transport@gmail.com, the only issue with non payments is missing paperwork so please have all your paperwork signed and sent back to us for immediate processing. Everyone else seems to get paid within 22 days except a few of you on here and we have not heard from you. So your either bipolar or a lier. We do a amazing job with our awesome partner carriers. There's one or two bad trucking companies we have dealt with and we have paid out over 1.8 million in the last 7 months alone. So ifr you need something be a professional and call us, dont be a key board warrior and talk lies. We have over 4000 carriers and for the 98 % of them have 0 issues with. Thanks

Hey T800 and Josh Invoices are paid at 30 days, These job you are talking about is not even 30 days yet.. Quite wasting time and if you continue to slander or try to damage our name there will be deduction s in rate payable s. End of story, Grow up

Rob,
You've made your point (several times).
Of note, when a broker throws around the word 'deductions', it's going to knock down your credibility several notches. Carriers (and brokers) both work hard for their employers, random chopping of rate (unjustified) is one of the lowest business practices to generate profit that I can think of. That and rebrokering without paying the hauling carrier.

All the best,
Mike

Not really Mike Ive been doing this for 25 years. And If someone wants to talk trash and lie about someones business and company then they will be dealt with accordingly to what the terms are clearly made out on the carrier confirmations. I appreciate your input but do not tolerate jealously, lies or slander and defamation of character. We are so done with the childish little games on this site and have a lot more productive things to be doing than sitting around bitching and crying and whining cause your life sucks and you do shitty work. Again thanks for your input... Cheers

One thing about this site, is that although you might see many of the same members (like myself) posting frequently, there are many, many more that only read the threads and use the search function for information about whether or not to use a certain carrier, or take a load from a particular broker. As a result, I think it is somewhat important to address any issues surfacing here that might reflect negatively on one's business. I know that I would be the first to respond to any thread that placed my firm in a bad light, especially if the facts presented were incorrect. In my opinion RobWelling, your case is not well served by responding to your detractors in the same, somewhat juvenile manner with which they have accused you. Be the successful businessman that 25 years in this industry must have made you, and properly refute what you say are frivolous, unsubstantiated complaints!
