Saying that Gabe needs to be reminded for payment, is a gross understatement!
I think it would be more accurate to say that he needs to be hounded...
Can't get a straight (and honest) answer from this company...
I had to call and talk to Gabe last Friday because their A/P staff stopped answering emails...
Gabe agreed to process the payment this Tuesday... Here we are on Friday... My A/R staff called Gabe today and was given excuses about somebody being on vacation, yadda yadda, and he will be having his staff work over the weekend to get the cheque processed... Riiiight....
This guy does not keep his word!
All this for a whopping $750... which is now at 59 days...
JC, I know you're a bit frustrated...
I was too at the beginning of our dealings.
But than, I adopted Chinese strategy:
" A stone getting broken not by amount of water dropped, but by the amount of drops"))).
So, keep dropping.. I just got mine payment yesterday...
