Subject: Account Termination Oct 25th, 2021

This past year has been extremely difficult for most North American businesses, and we greatly appreciate your continued support during these difficult times.

QuikX has reviewed our business structure recently and has found that our operational infrastructure will no longer be able to support your business moving forward. Your account with QuikX will no longer be active as of October 25th. Any shipments picked up prior to October 25th will be delivered but as of Oct 25th, you will no longer be able to ship any new traffic with QuikX Transportation. Your organization will need to seek out another provider for your LTL needs.

We appreciate your understanding in this regard and with you the best of luck.

That's a stupid move. Today's small customer is tomorrow's giant. Moreover the small customers are easier to deal with, and getting someone who can make a decision is easier. I have both big customers and very small ones, and over the years I've grown to appreciate the small ones far more. I would sooner have 100 small shippers than one big one any day.

Sort of the Pareto rule.
80% of your freight comes from 20% of your customers.

They've chosen to draw the line at 15K.

If you're shipping less than that per annum with them... they believe it costs them money or they don't consider you profitable.

I have a hard time firing a customer just because they're a small shipper. If they treat you right and pay on time they're OK in my book.

One hundred percent right.

I like it when I can pickup the phone and get a live person on the third ring. There's no corporate speak.. just someone who speaks normally, and you hash out whatever the issue or the opportunity may be.
