YESSIRR been dealing with this all week, here's what they came back with:

We are having the same issues with Samsara. Seems to be across the board with US Cell carriers.

Our devices are current now and have backfilled previous recorded data. It looks like the issue has been resolved.
 
Anyone out there using this system?

Used to be called Keep Truckin and changed their name to Motive.

Thinking of a making a switch as my Geotab units have been having intermittent service outages and several units have just stopped working.

terrible option for ELD. They mess with your electrical systems in the trucks! The customer support and billing is unorganized chaos. We are not happy with Motive and wish our contract was over! Terrible option in our experience!
 
Might want to verify the correct cords/wires are being used. We have an owner operator that had the wrong cord and it triggered all kinds of fault lights on his dash.

We have occasional issues with Motive. - Sometimes there’s trouble updating and our office staff get worked up thinking a truck is not where it should be. Our drivers sometimes have issues with the App freezing in drive mode which is a locked screen so they can’t log off or fill out a post trip inspection. Other than that I think it’s decent .
