YESSIRR been dealing with this all week, here's what they came back with:
"We wanted to inform you that the current AT&T roaming outage is causing delays in updates to the Fleet View (location and trips data ) for Units. Please be assured that devices in the field should remain unaffected and will continue to operate as expected they will be updating with a delay on the fleet dashboard.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. For updates please refer to the status page. https://status.gomotive.com/
We will send you an email once we have an update. Meanwhile, your patience will be highly appreciated."
We are having the same issues with Samsara. Seems to be across the board with US Cell carriers.
