Keena - thought they were a carrier. It seems from your post that they are rebrokering out shipments since you are seeking payment from them. Anyway, we already had them on our DNU as a carrier because of some past service issues and their poor handling of these issues. Add double brokering and non payment to the list of issues!They do not pay to us more than 8 month, their account receivable never answer email or call back. Must be in DNU list. Any info about the company is needed, please share.
They are on more than a few people's DNU lists. Yes, arrogant attitude and lack of attention. Think of them as Blueline, just maybe not as expensive and not as smart, but still lousy just the same. I used to give them FL inbound that they actually thought they owned and tried to take it when we gave it to someone else because of their attitude. Screw 'em.
They’ve been this way since they started, either you get along with them or don’t, if it goes bad…….and you don’t have a good relationship with them…..
Still no excuse for poor service. We are in a service industry, there is no pick and choose who you do good work for and who you screw over. But they must be doing something right for someone if they have been around for this long.
