They have not pay to us more than 8 month, their account receivable never answer email or call back. Must be in DNU list. Any info about the company is needed, please share.

Keena - thought they were a carrier. It seems from your post that they are rebrokering out shipments since you are seeking payment from them. Anyway, we already had them on our DNU as a carrier because of some past service issues and their poor handling of these issues. Add double brokering and non payment to the list of issues!

Keena holds payment if they do not have a current WSIB on file for your company. I have argued with them many times in the past about this - just a payment stall....

Try Ivana in A/P - [email protected] or Mary (905) 857-1189 ext#228. She also handles payables.

The company I have with the same tel # is "KEENA TRUCK LEASING" out of Bolton,ON at 27 Simpson road

Yes, Mary is always on launch, meeting, step out, gone for the day, not show up yet etc.

Keena just made my DNU list...gave them a simple move with instructions circled - highlighted and verbally given...still screwed it up.

They are on more than a few people's DNU lists. Yes, arrogant attitude and lack of attention. Think of them as Blueline, just maybe not as expensive and not as smart, but still lousy just the same. I used to give them FL inbound that they actually thought they owned and tried to take it when we gave it to someone else because of their attitude. Screw 'em.

Have been using them for years. A few small problems here and there but nothing to major.

LOL Agreed... They're not doing anything special to make them any better than any other carrier. I can get mediocre service from anyone. There are lots of really good carriers that really want to haul our freight and that are willing to work with us if any issues do arise. Instead of giving that "F - You" type attitude.

Don't need 'em.

:mad:Does anyone have negative receivables experience with them. How to make them pay ?

They just used us as a trade reference..........we all had a good laugh and wondered how the company looking for the reference reacts when we tell them it takes 80 days to get paid and make sure you send your WSIB clearence with every invoice you send in. And oh yes they are on our DNU list. Things must be getting desperate to use us as a reference.

Keena service ????????

I find this all very disturbing to hear, I don’t know how they pay but since I cut off Blue Line years ago because of their attitude and service I started running my own trucks to FL more often and I have used Keena when I cant go and I have a few skids that need to get there and I have to be honest I have never experienced a problem with their service or attitude. They book our freight tell us when it will deliver and it delivers when they said it would.
As for paying I dont know as we have not done anything for them. But if I had a skid that just had to be in FL pronto they would be my first call.

We don't use them much here but from what I remember, their service was pretty decent ... I also remember preferring them to Blue Line due to attitude.

As far as payment, I remember many years ago they were also slow payers. IMHO, carriers will take care of themselves before the partners they use ... I would always rather deal with a good broker than another carrier.

They’ve been this way since they started, either you get along with them or don’t, if it goes bad…….and you don’t have a good relationship with them…..

Still no excuse for poor service. We are in a service industry, there is no pick and choose who you do good work for and who you screw over. But they must be doing something right for someone if they have been around for this long.

Couldn't agree more, I had same issue with Blue Line back in the day.

I don't understand why companies do that, but hey it's theirs to do as they wish.
