We're currently using this ELD provider and it turns out we made a big mistake going with these guys. The program is very unreliable, it crashes. One time the program actually switched on its own from ELD to AOBRD on its own and actually caused a driver to be taken out of service by DOT. Anyone else have similar dealings with this company?
 
Heard a lot of stuff like that from other trucking companies. Their sales person was harassing me every week. Had to tell him not interested investing in. we use ALS local program. working just fine and yes, there are minor issues and know the owner and call him directly on his cell and resolved.

We are using hutch and their system is much better than our last one (SwitchBoard) which was horrible and ended up giving us the same issue you have described. I hope we do not see this issue with hutch but only time will tell I guess.

Verrrrry surprised to hear you say that.
 
Go with some reputable company. There are lot of mom and pop ELD providers popped up when during ELD mandate, only few are going to stick around so pick one wisely.
