Looks like Go2 Transport did not pay Fleetex for a load that they did in October 2023 and now Fleetex is asking every party that was involved.
Problem is that our client took the order away from us and got someone else to do it (presumably Go2 Transport) and then Go2 must have brokered to Fleetex.
Has anyone else encountered non-payment from them?

Do you have a MC number?

I quickly looked up Go2 and there is a few carriers/brokers operating under that name.
 
Wouldnt be shocked if they delayed to pay Fleextex due to heavy back solicitation lol. They are well known for it.
 
Go2 got back to us and is sorting out the issue with Fleetex directly. Nice people.

I work on cases like this for no charge if we can't collect. This is a very normal scenario in trucking debt. With the proper documentation My agency has the power to call everyone involved. ( Shipper, Receiver, Transport, Cosignee, etc) you can contact me at 303-502-5663 ext 119
