We booked a load with Frontline Freight Systems to pick up Friday afternoon. When tracing on Friday we were assured that everything was on track, the truck was 30 min away etc, etc...long story short is the truck never did arrive for the pick up and we were forced to send a different carrer expedited to recover the load.
I understand that delays happen, but as of this afternoon no one from Frontline will return any calls or emails to explain their side...a quick way to our DNU list.
