Freezing rain?

Hey folks,

For the carriers that run actual trucks over the road to western Canada, are there really major issues in Nipigon ON due to the freezing rain? I'm all about safety first - if it's dangerous, park the truck. I've seen the weather reports, but does anyone have 'eyes on the street' over there?

Mike the weather has a freezing rain warning for Nipigon and west of there snow. It can stay up there where it belongs.

Haha. I spoke to the driver just now. freezing rain, snow on top of that, then more freezing rain on top of that.

One of those, drive if you can, park when you have to conversations - late is way better than in a ditch.

Mike I was through there on Tuesday. I parked it in Dryden because of the weather. It was nasty.. Freezing rain snow and 50km winds.

Yesterday was supposed to be just as bad anywhere from Wawa north.

Ya, I hear the Nipigon - TBay stretch is super rough.

It's why I go to TBay every August rather than April.
