Factoring company Payment delays

which factoring company? the whole point of them is to be paid sooner than the standard credited days.
 
One of my customers deals with SG Capital, their customer was contacted aggressively after 30 days. I had never even heard of these guys before.
 
Can't say about getting paid by the factoring companies, but I can say they have been calling/emailing on pretty much every single load to confirm the rate and and no short payment etc.
It's not just new ones either, it's with carriers that are doing the same runs over & over.
One of them finally gave an answer when I asked why so many calls, their reply was they are getting a lot of fraud from the carriers. Ie their own customers.
