With the current transportation climate - we are unfortunately going to see an increase in bankruptcies, protection and restructuring. In the case of Yellow, it is just the beginning. Many of you post creditor lists when a company closure occurs - which is a viable resource to many on the board. No one wants to see a name on that list owed a large sum of money...to then realize they are YOUR customer. I think it would be valuable to post those lists (when we get them) under this header. I've noticed many of these PDF lists are 'all over' the board under varying headers. If we put them all in 1 place - much easier to find AND see when a new one is posted.
Thoughts? Good idea moving forward?
