ANYONE USES FLEET MANAGER-TRANSPLUS?

If you are asking about Dispatch software - Fleet Manager then yes, have used it for almost 6 years.... Not anymore though.
 
It is super dated with inexperienced and rude support (or lack thereof) ever since the original owner sold off. There should be better options out there. Their so called cloud based is a hosted solution of the original version thats it.

Had it since 2006 using the cloud now and no different just adds a step to sign in and can sign in anywhere with the cloud version. Never used another system to compare but it has not pissed me off enough to want to through a computer across the room in a number of years. I find it works great unless you make a mistake as they can be time consuming to fix.

we are currently using it and everytime we have to buy new user or license so its getting very expensive. Also, they increase TIP like crazy. The suggested me "cloud based" format but want me to buy the keys again for which i already paid when i initially got this software. The "Subscription based" sounded ridiculous to me.

I don't understand that if I already paid to get access to certain functions, users and trucks then why do I have to buy it again to switch to a different version when i technically "own" it.

Anyways, please advise alternate software- we are fleet of about 200 trucks.
