We have not done any business with these folks in a couple of years beacause of their 60-90 day pay trends. Always had to call for our money. Sorry I could not be more help. Who do you use for American collections? I have one account in Walled Lake Michigan I am trying to get my money from.

We have used Dixon in the past.

They collect, however, they negotiate half the invoice value, take their fees and send the remaining ten bucks to you.
