There are many decent factoring people. Ive got to know a few of them in the last couple of years. I have yet to see Accu Trac? But i have dealt with Revolution Capital, Baron Finances, Royal Finance and Grand Finance. On occasion, Bibby Finance. All very professional.

Factoring companies... are all pretty much the same. The skim another layer of profit from the carrier but offer some protection from slow paying brokers.
We pay our carriers in 30 days from receipt of the invoice.
Still... even with our payment history... the Factors are pushy, rude and threatening. They're not all that far from your average bottom feeding collections agent.
But... with so many small fleets out there these days where the owner may be driving themselves and may not be a "customer based carrier" using brokers to fill the gaps these factoring companies are gaining strength in the industry.
The only collection calls our A/P get are from factors... Not dealing with carriers that go through factoring companies is something that has been discussed a few times here.

Fair Point Key Factor... I've never received a complaint about your firm. You are the exception to the rule.

Really you must be the only one that isn't.
Factoring companies are a PITA. Sorry we sent the bill to you 30 days after the carrier did the load but it is due yesterday and we will have to call eqifax and screw up your credit rating online. Bottom feeders all of them.
