Booked a load with this guy for the truck to be onsite by 2:30 for pick up. "no problem" he says. Truck shows up 2 hrs late, then is a no show for delivery this morning and when I emailed, they don't respond. When I called, the guy gave me a fake # for the driver and said to call him, it wasn't his problem. He asked what my problem was to which I responded..." you were late on pick up and delivery and I just want to know where my load is!" He says..."so what's your point?" (continually for about 5 minutes). Then he tells me I am not getting my load. I advise I will report it stolen. He then says pick it up from my crossdock but refuses to tell me where the dock is.
I ended up getting the drivers # from the shippers caller id from when he called yesterday and the driver said he dropped the load in their yard last night and the city guy was to deliver it. This driver also refused to tell me the yard address where he dropped the trailer.
After speaking to other carriers about these guys, I find that they have a history of holding loads, demanding quick pay etc.
Moral of the story, beware of Roadway Transport!

Update - They ended up delivering my load after contacting the insurance co. (Their authorities are now out of AB so they can get insurance).

Good morning, sounds like a couple of carriers I have dealt with lately. Where are they located and contact info would be great!

Wish I had of seen this before booking this carrier! Horrible service and so rude, that's even without actually picking up my load!

I had a team load for pick up and they used a single driver on it. I got fined from my customer for late fee and they tried calling my customer directly trying to change the appointment. I had no location updates from them. They gave me their drivers phone number and expected me to get location updates from their truck driver. DNU!!

Stay away from ths corrupted company and owner Hardeep Gill. They owe me $7512 and now threatening me to stay away else they will beat me. They operate from Ontario but shows Alberta address. I have already filed the case on this company...

There are different options that are available when you come across a deadbeat. Which have you looked into? Just curious. Ive had similar issues and always managed to re coup what was owed.

ALERT !! ALERT!! ALERT!!
Please NEVER EVER use this carrier .....had a nightmare experience .....that's true they will hold your load and ask for quick pay and will not release your trailer unless he sees the money in the account ....he doesn't care about you and your customer. Jasmine @780-804-1735 will book the load and after that her husband Harry @780-838-2891 will take over ...he is the master mind behind everything. Once the load is booked Harry will start calling you from IN number and if you don't give him the info will start swearing at you .....
I really need to know how we can take legal steps against these kind of carriers .....
Wish I could have checked inside transportation review earlier ....

Who ever posted this about Roadway transport ...seems removed the posting now .
Please reply to this message ....one of the carrier got his trailer back from Roadway transport yesterday after 6 months ......the only thing I can see is PRABH posted this

"Same experience, girl named Jasmine called and booked a load with dispatch. Never got any updates from them. Company driver found load trailer was never picked up contacted Roadway. They didn’t answer. We sent them cancellation of load they confirmed cancellation. Later afternoon our truck went to pick up and found trailer was not in yard.
Called Roadways multiple times emailed them, no luck. When we emailed them saying we are going to report stolen they said they don’t have it. We checked cameras and found it was there truck who took trailer.
After multiple calls they answered and started abusing why we cancelled load and demanded us to pay them for there truck that came from Toronto to Montreal to pickup this load.
Had to report it stolen. Its is now under OPP investigation.
Be aware spread the word. I hope I would have checked the revies first.
Will update what we ended up with. "

The carrier who got his trailer back is based out of Alberta ...he came all the way to Ontario to take his trailer.
He went with cops to his place and got his trailer .....it's been said that he has couple of trailers of different carriers parked at his place
Check his video on INSTAGRAM too ....
