At this point, you should be directing your attention to their customer. If you are not sure who the customer is, get in touch with the shipper, receiver, customs broker, and anyone else who will take your call. Tell them what happened and many times these people can point you in the right direction.
Once you know who the customer is, contact them and explain, see if they are willing to pay you. If not, you should file in Small Claims Court ASAP. File against Ram Specialized and their customer.
Often just filing and serving Small Claims Papers will get the money flowing quickly. If not, you just follow through and go to court. The law is on your side here.
