We thought they were a good one until today! Agreed to load a shipment in TN either today or failing that, have the driver wait and load first thing tomorrow morning. A couple of tracing calls to confirm all is good, then suddenly, BANG, the driver has an appointment back here and cannot wait until tomorrow. Funny how that just came to him as he was driving to our pick up. No amount of persuasion, extra money or threats could change their mind. Strange how these screw ups always seem to happen with the very first shipment for a brand new customer. GRRRRRRR!!!! Permanent Do Not Use from here on.
