Local Montreal parcel delivery

Hi All,
Looking for a carrier that can do pick ups @ Simard/Lafrance type warehouses and then do residential deliveries and/or hold on dock for pick up.
Usually smallish boxes. Sometime UPS will come pick up from your dock as they do not work well with the other warehouses so labels would be email and need to be printed/attached to the boxes.

We use HA Action Express in Montreal for Picks and Deliveries when needed. They always do a great job. It's a family operation. His son works with him but Alonzo is the boss. They are in St-Laurent but they have delivered Sherbrooke ltl for us before. his number is (514) 332-1145 Usually it is Alonzo who answers. As for the packages, you'll have to ask him
