I have worked with IPS and enjoyed the exp. Will definitely work with them again and recommend them.

Doing business of any type involves a certain degree of risk. The most likely chance of experiencing some trouble is not getting paid for your work. If you wish to transfer that risk to a factoring company, I assume it is possible, but would certainly cost extra and additionally, the factor would be very selective about which of your customers are that “risk worthy”. We have never used the services of a factoring company but it is my understanding that they are not an “insurance” company willing to assume unlimited risk for a few pennies on the dollar. They should not be regarded as a substitute for doing your own research into the credit worthiness of any potential customer.

@LoadGirl, there are many "non-recourse" factors out there, so you're request for recommendations is smart. Please note my use of quotes on non-recourse is intended to highlight that you're really only protected against bankruptcy of your customers. If you sell the factor a load that is subsequently disputed, the factor may in fact have recourse against you. For that reason, I find the term "non-recourse" to be a bit misleading. Best of luck.
