Invoice at nearly 80 days now...
Emailed requests for payment status have been ignored...
Calling their carrier payment department results in no answer... phone just rings for more than 5 mins straight and eventually hangs up on you...
Their dispatchers have been unhelpful at best, and obstructionist at worst... Just getting the runaround... Did you try calling this number?... How about this one?... and on and on...
