Invoice at nearly 80 days now...

Emailed requests for payment status have been ignored...

Calling their carrier payment department results in no answer... phone just rings for more than 5 mins straight and eventually hangs up on you...

Their dispatchers have been unhelpful at best, and obstructionist at worst... Just getting the runaround... Did you try calling this number?... How about this one?... and on and on...

It is funny how some of us have no problems with certain carriers and others do.

In this case, I have not dealt with XPO for a few months, but we were paid for both shipments.

For XPO you always have to verify if they receive paperwork. carrierpaperwork@xpo.com not always work and if you sent paper work with pdf attached that include invoice+pods, their system only shows invoice

For XPO you always have to verify if they receive paperwork. carrierpaperwork@xpo.com not always work and if you sent paper work with pdf attached that include invoice+pods, their system only shows invoice

Thanks for the detailed response hs514... You seem to know the XPO payment system better than their own staff do... haahaahaa...

I did try that number and extension too... not sure if they are just having a bad day, but that's the line that just rings and rings...

Are you dealing with someone out of Mississauga? There is one broker who is an agent for XPO and he holds your payment. I have been told:
'I will pay it when I feel like paying it. I've been doing this for 30 years and you'll get paid when I want you to get paid.'.

PM me and I can go over details.

That guy sounds like an asshole.

People act very tough over the phone it's very infuriating. If you have a name who that'd be it'd be appreciated just so I could steer clear.

I'm doing about 5 loads a month for XPO, all trans border at diferent areas and we usually never have any issues collecting after 50 days.

Is it the same owner? There is a process to get paid but i have never had a problem with XPO USA.
