Anyone else had a problem with Lessard booking loads and then giving them back or just not doing them? I have in the past and I'm curious if there are others who have had the same experience with them. Thanks.

I have had issues with Transport Simon Lessard but haven't the pleasure of Transport Lessard 2000.

bad news

Did only one load for them.

All the pick up information was incorrect and we wasted hours on the pick up.

The only efficient dept was tracking, they called several times a day to note progress.

Took very long to get paid.

Will not work with them again.

Are they a Trans force member? They do not sport the ubiquitous logo.

They are a division of Trans-Pro logistics of Montreal (the claimers). Be very careful as they will more than likely never give you any waiting time or will clip your payments if late or any other reason(s).

Transport Simon Lessard in Plessisville, QC is not the same company as Transport Lessard 2000. The one in Plessisville is very reliable

For anyone concerned we grabbed a Minute Maid load from Toronto July 6th for delivery in Stockton, CA on July 10 th. Find out that the load is from Lessard to Transpor to Multitemp the money is hilarious but next bit is it's a team load. Arrive on time at 5 am today and no appt. Can't take us. That's when digging shows we are working for a few carriers and none are really that caring or good. Steve at Lessard sounded nice but still hasn't responded to email or phone calls. Transpro same thing and Multitemp things that having a team reefer sit for 29 hours is a layover. Won't work with any of them again. And for those looking Minute Maid is working with these clowns and the money looks OK PM me for further details.

minute maid has been using sketchy brokers for years - did about 8 loads before I realized that the whole process was broken and that Minute Maid just dumps everything onto the carriers. Best advice I can give you - do what I did and sell your reefers.
