Turns out they're not good. At almost 4 months now.

Owner operators running under your insurance and authority is not double brokering. Running them under other authorities and insurance is. Cut and dry.

They are long gone. We had to pay out double on that load,because the carrier who actually did the load was raising hell with my customer and anyone else that would listen. The things you have to do sometimes to keep old and valued customers!! Ride and Care lied every step of the way on that load.
