We did load for north american cenvayence and we got paid for it. Because they were new company we ask for half money before we pick the load and rest of the money when we deliver and they were ok with that. Since then we did 1 more load from winnipeg for 3200 and got paid in 41 days. I also do know this company has nothing to do with triple crown because the triple crown is the idiot jack gill who also had rock n roll. When we see that someone said it is same company we ask to see ownership papers to clarify who owner is and they show us. If you call them they will also show you they have nothing to do with triple crown and also give you list of people who pull the load and get paid. these peoples at north american cenvayence are actually good people to deal with.

Jack Gill does not have anything to do with NAC as we spoke to the owner and seen the ownership papers as this was a concern of ours prior to working with NAC, The fact is I dont think they actually like each other. Yes Jack Gill was an piece of work, but how can you get on an employee just because they worked there? I know the guy who used to work at that rock n Roll and he left when he found out how many people were owed monies by Jack. We have been to NAC's office and are totally comfortable working with them now as they will pay you 50% of freight at pick up and the rest on delivery,.Where did you get this info and why do you think it is Jack Gill when they very much dislike him over there at NAC and I believe Jack was even trying to cause problems for the guys at NAC which wouldnt make sense if he had some sort of stake there. Anyways we get paid however and whenever they tell us we will so we will continue to use NAC moving forward.

Have you emailed their accounting department? I was also frustrated because there was confusion when we send out bol and invoice to north american conveyance but after speaking to the guy there he told us to email accounting and it was taken care of right away. I think the dispatcher may have to much work to do as sometimes i do find it hard to get through on a load. So far we have done 3 loads and have been paid in average of 60 days.

This company is now in collections with us. They paid us half and would not pay the other half. There is no dispute. It is a broker in Langley and it looks on their website like a big company but their address is a mail box outfit in Langley. We have given them every opportunity to do a payment plan but they would not give us anything. We had to put them into collections. Google Map their address.
NAC is a rip off outfit owned by Jack Gill and run by his puppet Bob Paxton. Talked to a friend of mine today who is owed over $16000.00 by these crooks that is now over 90 days.
We have been owed money from them since March. Numerous phone calls, emails, told a few times that we would be paid. Last month or so no replies, phone message box full... We have also driven over to the "office" - a mail box. Has anyone been successful when using collection agencies? We have not had success.

Just so you know there are a lot of people this company has ripped off. We are trying to determine how many of us are out there. I think if enough people come forward there maybe a fraud case on this one. I am asking all people who have not been paid by this company to send me a message. Some of us have put bad reviews on Google Review under their company to drive their rating down so that no one else gets ripped off.We have been owed money from them since March. I suggest you post on there Google Review as the rest of us have. You will not get your money as this goes way deeper. I really believe this was a scam due to the fact there are so many people going back to April & May that were not paid. If there are enough people wishing to come forward there maybe a case to be built for fraud.We have put this into collections, just this week. The goal being two-fold: to get our money and for others not to be cheated....

I looked on the Google Review and noticed the name Bob Patzer not Paxton. It appears there is/was a Bob Patzer at Colton Transport in Langley. That was back in May 2017. Not sure if it is just a coincidence or if he is still there.I suggest you post on there Google Review as the rest of us have. You will not get your money as this goes way deeper. If he is still there I hope they are aware what kind of person he is and the burden and hardship he has put on a lot of small companies. These kinds of people need to be held accountable for their actions.
