Starting using Natt in 2010 when it was just Gurbinder and Paul. We currently have them on several loads per week. There are no issues getting updates, including evenings and weekends, and any delays are communicated to us. Gurbinder, Gowri and Mani are all in dispatch.
I am well aware of a stolen load and it was not their finest moment but Gurbinder dealt with it professionally to help settle the claim.

There are a core group of companies that run the Ontario-BC-AB lanes. It's a group of small carriers in Natt, JT, Jagger, and a few others (These are the more known ones). They allegedly share loads amongst each other and thats all fine and done by me...however what do u tell a customer? That ur busy brokering freight to other 5 companies?
I know Natt brokers a lot of west coast stuff on load boards on the internet websites. Never dealt with them directly but just heard lots about them (mixed reviews on everything).

I take offence to "typical Surrey carrier-they are all crap" We are an open deck carrier based in Surrey BC with a terminal in Nisku running 35 flat/steps Canada/US and a fleet of 10 operators on our heavy haul division running various types of lowbeds including but not limited to perimeter trailers for high loads. We have PICS/Avetta certification and run a solid and honest service.

Surrey is a beautiful town, full of good hard working people. So is Brampton Ontario. (okay I admit, Surrey is prettier) Unfortunately the past actions of some less than honorable people have given both towns a bad rap and a bad image. Hopefully the reputations of the good ones can reduce the stigma attached to both places.

Nothing but great service thus far received from Natt Enterprises. Very open line of communications, easy track and trace updates and generally a bunch of good people to work with. I understand that hiccups do happen...as long as we stay honest and communicate with transparency so that trust is not broken..... However- we all do end up with a bad day at the office at times beyond our control....one misstep does not mean the entire partnership goes down with it...learn, understand, forgive but not forget, and just be truthful throughout the process. However- 3 strikes- you are out!
