HELLO EVERYONE

SAW THIS COME ACROSS MY EMAIL AND THOUGHT I SHOULD POST IT HERE TO GET IT OUT TO THE PUBLIC FASTER :

I am trying get the word out for our friends at S & C Clark Transport. Their driver Doug was last heard from Wednesday evening in the Chicago area.

If you have drivers in the area or are able to help spread the word to others it would be very much appreciated. Doug is a professional reliable driver...it is uncharacteristic for him to not be in contact with dispatch. This a very serious situation.

Thank you for your concern and for helping out a member of our transportation family.

Creepy. One second a lost driver, the next a bomb threat at the border.

Timing couldn't be any worse.

Didn't the same thing happen a week ago in Germany?

I'd be checking local hospitals and truck stops in the area. Last time that happened with me with a driver that was good, he dropped dead of a stroke in his cab.

Steve has all the police and everyone else looking for him. Last seen in Bloomingdale IL. Transponders shows getting off 294 but did not get back on. I got this from Steve and I don't believe he is on here or would have a problem with me letting everyone know show we could all have Chicago driver be on the look out for the truck.

White Cascadia and white trailer S&C Clark on the side of both. The one in the email is truck 101. I am not sure that is the actual truck or just the picture Steve used to show what the unit will look like.

They've had some pretty cold weather there the last couple of day also.

Another great resource, if they haven't done it already, is to post all the info they have on the Missing Truck Driver Alert Network and Missing Truck Driver Alert Network Canada facebook pages. That way, thousands of drivers can be on the lookout as well.

There are no other details.

Concerns of Harkness’ well being was posted and shared countless times on Facebook late this week. Harkness last had contact with his employer Wednesday night when he pulled into a truck stop in Chicago to catch some sleep.
