Any infos on Manage Transport MC# 801521?

Called, said he was from JFK Transport and they get Manage Transport papers...

Never heard of them!

called us for load and I rejected as brand new, no references, but nice house they are based in. Also only JFK on safer are in USA

We set them up in February of this year and they have done 4 shipments to date, 2 this month, everything went great no problems at all.

p.s. Karan told me Spartan was 3 partners who split up & went on the road again, now this company is a different guy...

Absolutely terrible. Took a hot load from us a couple weeks ago. We needed updates every few hours, and he gave them to us each time we called, even up to the time he confirmed delivery. Six hours later, we found out their driver never even crossed the border. He spent all day lying, then claimed he was confused...right.
For some reason, another load was tendered to them yesterday for pickup today. Called him to check if on schedule for pickup, and we're told they were unable to free up a driver. I see this as a positive for us. Saved us the headache of listening to more lies any longer.
On the top of our DNU.

just got onto our DNU list.

Friday pick up; carrier calls in but then never shows, we call back the carrier he says he's on the way, then no news no truck shows up. upset customer...

I guess we never checked this site booked for Friday pickup truck broke down but repaired and all good for 8:00PM of course no communication over weekend upset customer wondering why freight is still in door. All Mike from Manage could say truck was rolling and got into accident which I'm guessing must have broken the drivers phone because we never got a call.

I found that when we used them in the past they were not always great. There are some customers who can put up with service that isn't exact but ones that are sticky on their service levels are those where one shouldn't hire them.

We have now put them on the do not list. They didn't pick up Tuesday, I called them Wed, he apologized said he would pick up @14:00, Called him Wed @ 13:30 he said his truck was at 400 & 401 on his way. Got a call this morning load still sitting on the dock.

I just gave them 2 loads and they were late in picking them up and they were late in delivering it and they made all kind of excuses as to why they hadn't been able to pick up and deliver the loads on time , they also lied about being at the delivery location when they weren't, do not use them . really bad experience

Just made our DNU. Load supposed to deliver Saturday 05:00, arrived +/- 19:00. Production line, luckily able to move loads around to keep line going. NO communication from Mike or Goldy all day...no phones answered, no emails replied to...nothing.

Not using again, even on a hope and a prayer!
