We are looking to add a customer service rep to our team.
We are: a medium sized freight brokerage in terms of sales, but operate with a small team of experienced personnel. We are located in Bolton and operate from 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. We have been in business since 1991 and offer all modes of over the road transportation in North America with an emphasis on flat bed and O/D.
You are: an experienced professional with a number of years in transportation. You are aware of who the carriers are that service specific parts of North America with both flatbed and vans. Some of our clients have established rates in place, however the majority of them ship "one of" to various locations. As a result, the prospective candidate should have a working knowledge of freight rate structure. You can work with a minimum of supervision in a small team environment.
