LTS Transit - I tried to follow-up for payments as regular around 30days, I selected extension for 2 as a carrier, all i was getting a voice mail. I called as a customer, got someone on the call, i said infact i am looking for payment as i am not a customer, but a carrier, i was placed on hold, and eventually call disconnected. Other receiver introduced himself as LTS Transit, but when asked for accounts payable, i was told i reached answering service and was told to leave a message and someone from LTS will contact me.
I did this 2-3 times, but when i insisted to talk to accounts payable instead of leaving message, i was told they are buys, other calls waiting, i can leave message, other wise call will be disconnected.
Got email from
info@ltstransit.com, and was told not to waste my time by calling them, invoice will be paid when funds will be there.
Eventually when i told them i will contact shippers and receivers, i was told to read link on their website before considering this.
So my fellow truckers this is my story in brief, and I am now trying to get in direct touch and see i can get paid.
Did anyone ever got paid from LTS Transit??
