I hired them to do a load assuming they were asset based. They used "an agent" form Toronto to MI and damage occurred. They did pay the claim in full. I would use with caution.

Does anyone have any more info on these guys?

They just gave a load of mine back because they lost their shipment outbound.

Don't really trust them. Considering putting them on DNU.

I give them 6-8 loads a week inbound and out and they do a great job for me. We have all gotten loads given back to us, not a reason to put them on the DNU list
I have no problems with loads given back. I was given 4-5 false updates by the main dispatcher about the driver being on-site and they never were. Customer ended up cancelling. Their excuse was the driver got lost and afterwards couldn't start the truck. I know breakdowns happen, but just let me know so I can tell the customer. I didn't appreciate it.

Heads up. We just did a recent load for Kingworld Truckline to discover that this load belonged to a logistics provider out of the USA. In discussions with the US broker it appears that this load was given to Horizonx out of Mississauga whom gave it to Kingworld. We are now dealing with the US Broker and I am sure I will be screamed at when I will not turn the pod over to Kingworld. One needs to be a detective in this line of work......Keeps life interesting.

In fairness I wanted to advise that Kingworld did double broker a load to us from Horizonx. However they came clean when I got the US Broker involved Kingworld sent the money to our account over the weekend and I in turn provided them with the POD on Monday as per the wishes of the US load broker. Everyone happy and we have been asked to continue business with the US load broker. Not sure that we will do business in future with Kingworld, as they were not upfront about all of this.
