JUPITER LOGISTICS CLAIMS TO BE A CARRIER - THEY ARE VERY SNEAKY AS THEY DO OWN 1 TRUCK - HOWEVER WE BROKERED 3 LOADS TO THEM "NOT KNOWING THIS"

WE HAD 1 OF THE CARRIERS CALL US DIRECT FOR PAYMENT WHICH WE HAVE SET UP . WE CALLED JUPITER AND SPOKE WITH SIERRA THEIR OPERATIONS MANAGER AND ANNA A DISPATCHER - SIERRA SAID THEY DON'T BROKER LOADS THEY ARE A CARRIER AND THAT ANNA IS NEW AND WILL SPEAK WITH HER BUT STILL DOESN'T BELIEVE THEY BROKERED OUT LOADS. I ADVISED HER I HAD HER LOAD TENDER FROM THE 1 CARRIER SHE AGAIN BROKERED TOO. AND SHE STILL DENIED IT. THIS CALL TOOK PLACE MONDAY AM AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL US BACK IN PM AFTER ADDRESSING WITH ANNA . WELL THAT CAME AND WENT WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM AND EMAIL / TEXT WITH NO REPLY . WE JUST WANT TO PAY THE CARRIERS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAULING OUR FREIGHT ( WE ARE BOTH A CARRIER AND BROKER). WE ADVISED SIERRA/ANNA THEIR ACCOUNT WAS ON HOLD . ON TUESDAY THEY TRIED TO ASK FOR QUICK PAY AND OUR ACCT DEPT DECLINED AND NOTIFIED US IMMEDIATLY OF THEIR INTENTIONS. AS OF THURSDAY JUNE 28TH WE STILL CANT REACH JUPITER LOGISTICS . IF ANYONE KNOWS THEM PERSONALLY OR THE OWNER PLEASE HAVE THEM REACH OUT SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND PAY THE AMOUNTS DUE TO THE OTHER TWO CARRIERS.

I have worked with Jupiter Logistics out of Pickering. I gave them a load of watermelons and all went fine. I did my do diligence and checked their references and all checked out. No issues with the load whatsoever.
I believe it is the same company you mentioned above.
Maybe I just got lucky. PHEW!

thanks for the feedback , it's appreciated.. we still can't get them to take a call and or return an email.. we just want to pay the invoices to the correct carreirs that actually hauled the freight.. we don't want Jupiter to receive payment and not pay the carriers out. agian if anyone knows them personally or the owner please refer them to this communication or message me direct to resolve. thank you have a great long weekend!

I used them once as well, after validation of their insurance, and everything went fine, but also inquired on another thread, and they do look sketchy... we try to avoid them for now.

Just caught them double broke to another carrier !! Guess what....the other carrier has been offered more for the load! The load is 1 week late because the final carrier refused to deliver before getting paid and we refused to pay for the shipment upfront to Jupiter even if he threaten us !! Watch out guys !

Oh gosh... they had our load sitting in a yard, reefer running for a whole week, while making up excuses because the real carrier wouldn't deliver, having too much problems with them.

Lucky for us he got fed up, found a way to reach out to us, we recovered the load directly with him, and it got delivered. Still, cost us more money than originally planned.

Hoping we can find legal ways to put em out of business now that we have some proof of fraud.

I do believe that another member has already stated that address in Pickering is across the street from his yard and there is no trucking company there.

Sounds like Tony again!

Unless dealing with a known entity from the Pickering area (Shandex ,Executive etc) I just tell anyone that calls from that area to piss off in my nicest way possible being as politically correct as I am.
