Yes, that position has some seriously bad juju attached to it. Most of the OTA Chairpersons have either gone broke, or have had to significantly curtail their fleet numbers, either during or shortly after their chairpersonship.

This has been coming for years anyome who checks that a carrier has wsib before giving them freight would now the writing was well on the wall.
