We have been working with Gunter for more than five years with no issues. Today, they went directly to our customer and undercut our rate - which was low to begin with. And people wonder why the rates are being driven down??? Never ever again will we do business with them. DNU list and blocked on The Link.
Work with them if you want to but just beware that at any time, this could happen to you. We thought we had a good relationship with them...Surprise!!!

If you're a broker a great way to lock out your carrier base from competing with you is to focus on complex freight moves involving more than one country and several modes of transport, and that require alot of planning and coordination . You become more of a project manager than a broker, and the upside is that your supplier carriers are effectively locked out from back soliciting your customer.. heck most of the time they wouldn't even be able to determine who that is!

I guess the big new fancy digs changed the attitude? I think he is slow as the last couple times I have been by the yard the trucks and trailers sitting there empty would keep me up at night.
Not a very good business model to screw all the people that are giving you work when you are slow.
