Anyone else had Scott double broker their load?
First he picked up the wrong load, left with permits that didn't match his load (where for a smaller OD load), double brokered the load for the last part of the trip to a carrier that has no insurance on file for the value of the load, and was two and a half days late.
Caused my second truck to have to reorder his permits as his now didn't match his load, costing him a day.
And lost a very good client for me.
Thank my lucky stars there was no damages or claim or I would have been on the hook.
