Mike advised me (who is never at his office) that his dispatcher double brokered my freight without his authorization and that he was really sorry for the 'mix up'.

Unfortunately it took 4 days of my dispatcher's time to have Mike 'discover' the truth.

I'm paying the hauling carrier for the load (of course). I'm sorry to hear that this particular carrier and likely others have large a/r from this guy. Funny how the funds that were to be paid by Argaman were several hundered more than I was paying out on the load.

Avoid the headache - DNU

This seems to have the same appearance of the going's on back a couple summers ago. Dubois Transport and DB Brown out of Quebec.

It's a Smash & Grab, in the end the only one that doesn't get his money is the company or individual doing the job.
Canada has to put a Bond in place like the US for any one that is going to be using partner carriers, whether it's a Broker or a Carrier.

There is too many Brokers that are popping up like a bad weed, and we let it happen, our ministry allows them without any qualification to open an office in a phone booth.

They did the same thing to us last week. We found the proper carrier after threatening to go to the RCMP for fraud. They were paying the carrier $800 more than we were paying.

They won't pick up the phone now and the other carrier isn't much better having still not delivered and not able to reach their driver.

Disaster - DNU Argaman - they told us they fired the dispatcher that double brokered it. It was his wife!... ha ha

But Mike (owner) fired Jane (dispatcher) last week on Thursday (so I've been told)... Was she rehired?

Update: I had my dispatch send a DNU notification to quite a few of our partners, as a result I was contacted by Link today as they were forwarded my email. Pleasant people I must say and they do like to follow up when something is brought to their attention.

Pretty sure Argaman is blocked (until they close and reopen I suppose)...

I hope no one else takes a loss because of these guys.
