Everyone be careful. I am hearing about this more and more and during the holidays it seems to ramp up a bit.

Do you have any more details on this theft? I'm curious as to when it went missing.

Thanks,
H.A.

`it was a truck only, not a trailer. They found a guy a driving on 401 eastbound. Owner followed the truck and stopped it. Driver ran away but its very strange he didnt call police followed him on his own.

Good luck with the OPP. A few years ago I followed a stolen tractor from Cambridge through Milton to Brampton before there was any police involvement. This is not a high priority to them.

He didnt waste his time calling the Police because they will only take the information down nd if the truck is illegally parked they found it! Its an insurance issue, if some idiot wants to play cops and robbers the Police could care less. My boss followed thieves a building on Wilkinson Road 10 years ago, called the police and they didnt come. The thiefes transferred our load of paint into another trailer and left, never saw the Police.

I have seen a lot of companies taking trailers from Canada post yards that are empty because they are waiting too long for their trailers to be emptied. They end up returning them but not good
