Trying to expand our pool of carriers, we gave them 2 loads from Saskatchewan. One was supposed to pick-up Wednesday, the other Thursday, it is now Friday afternoon and I'm being told they won't pick-up until Monday.

Been fed BS for 2 days: "driver is 45 mins away" then "he's not picking-up". 3h late shipper closes, he'll pick-up in the morning. Next morning the truck broke down last night, curiously, 2h away from the shipper of which he was 45 mins away.

We went through the exact same thing with them. You should cancel with them. Once they finally picked up our shipment, they demanded payment before they would deliver.

I believe this is the same Kuldeep from SR Freight.

They also full of it when you give the a load. one story after another I should have checked here before giving them a load they are in the same office as SP Freight 80 Eastern Ave Brampton unit 7. If you need Kuldeep's cell I have it

Coming across invoice for shipment from Melt-Span Canada to Lee Li International in Mississauga brokered out by 5K to one of our client; does anybody recognize their clients?

I dont know why these guys are getting so much hate, there has to be two sides of the story too. Ive worked with these lots and have nothing but good back and forth with them.

My side is he called I did the shipment picked ontime and delivered ontime and the POS will not pay me. His side is he is a lying sack o s__t and will not pay me. See we agree on one thing he is a POS. If that need further explanation HUM Sam or Kuldeep S__thead whatever your name is you are on the wrong fourm just sayin!

you did a load for him? when was this? I just spoke him not to long ago as i do regular business with 5K and he said he knows nothing of these stories here. I know you wont believe me but they cant be THAT bad can they?

Rob is a long term, well known and straight up member here. If you want to question him, you should identify your credentials, i.e. who are you to question him?

'worked with them lots' you say? You transported freight for them? You walked their dogs? You make them coffee? How exactly have you worked with them lots?

Sam,

Monday Feb 8 2016 I picked up at Task Custom Metal in Waterloo ON going to Brembo NA in Homer MI an ltl for $475. I delivered on the 9th in the morning. I booked the load with Kuldeep at 5K have the fax to prove it. We have been chasing the sack o crap since for the money. My brother Jeff has been calling monthly since and Kuldeep says that is BS as 5K was not open then. I guess he must of been in the middle of closing the last shit show and opening this one. If your work with him and he pays you good luck. I personally wish you all the best but Kuldeep can KMA. I will continue to bash him and 5K until he closes this one and starts the next one.


If this sounds like anyone's freight let me know or go after it. I will continue to help people with all the 5K leads I can find for you.

From a former driver -
My name is g v . I used to work for them in 2016 may to aug 2016. They were first layal transport and then changed the name to 5k logistics. The owner kuldeep otal is a lier. He didnt paid me 7000$ wages.
Later i filed a case in labour court and i was lucky to get my 5750$ back from this bastard thru labour court.
His another partner was mr. Jagdeep shirpa who is no more better than a dogs shit.
Watch out for these 2 bastards.
Never do any business with them.
They are bad apples or rotten eggs whatever suits them better.

We had a similar experience with 5k logistics. Load was delivered 4 days late. We were fed with Lies all the way.
Please stay away from them if you could. We should have checked out this forum before giving our load to them.

Just gave them a load Mississauga to Vancouver, Team. There was an appointment time for 4:30am which they said was not a problem. This morning they were 3 1/2 hours late. The communication was terrible. They couldn't reach the driver and continuously told me they would call me back but never did. I found out the truck finally arrived from my customer who wasn't too happy. Would not use again, wish I checked here first.

Just spoke to my customer and the material that showed up was not the correct material. Now I am not getting a straight answer from 5K at all. They keep telling me the driver is just not picking up their phone and that they can't give me any updates. I asked if it happens often that their driver's miss their appointments and then don't answer their phones and they said never. I call BS

They probably double brokered the load. He is a complete and utter liar and does not pay his bills either.

Honestly wouldn't surprise me with the run around they have been giving me. They gave me the driver's number but it is just going to a busy signal. They are all full of crap over there. 1 girl told me she can pull up where the drivers last fueled to give me a better idea of where they might be but all of a sudden said she can't until noon because their "system is down". The least they could do is find better excuses
