    That makes sense.

It could be "over the counter drugs", which is a big difference than pharma, we ship from NJ direct to Customer product that goes reefer year round because of the labels, otherwise it would ship dry in summer and heat in winter.

Pharma shouldn't be moving with every Tom, Dick, and Harry out there either. Moving from NJ-Montreal through Toronto seems extreme, no? There must be someone out in the Montreal area specializing in this? Doesn't Robert still do this kind of thing too?

Has Inside ever considered setting up its own load board for additional revenues? There are many carriers/ brokers that look for help ...Just a thought.

Somerset NJ is usually pharmaceutical. Someone is asking for a reefer but is this for heat, to keep from freezing?
Some order takers don't know this; so I'm asking. If it is Pharmaceutical you need to verify there can be other freight on board.

Yes Erb could do this but would route via Toronto.

Erb would be the obvious choice. Not many will do reefer LTL on the lane ... but you probably know that.
